One person, one login
No shared passwords. Each staff member has an account, and roles decide what they can see. The accounts team sees money; the sales team sees leads.
A record of changes
An activity log shows who edited or deleted what, and when.
Backups you can restore
Data is backed up on a schedule to a separate location. A backup is only useful if it can be restored, so we test that before handover.
Feeding in old data safely
When you move from Excel, we import your sheets in bulk and check the counts with you, so nothing is lost on the way in.
